Lenovo Yoga Tab coming in October for $550 and up: A slightly smaller, cheaper alternative to the Yoga Tab Plus

The Lenovo Yoga Tab is a premium Android tablet with an 11.1 inch, 3200 x 2000 pixel, 144 Hz display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, support for up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, and support for optional accessories including a detachable keyboard and a pen with up to 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity.

Coming in October for $550 and up, the new tablet is a little smaller and a little cheaper than the Yoga Tab Plus that launched earlier this year for $600 and up, but which currently sells for $770.

Lenovo Yoga Tab

The two tablets have the same processor and the same camera system. Both ship with Android 15 but should get at least three major OS updates and four years of security updates. And both have high-resolution displays with 144 Hz refresh rates and support for precise input with an optional pen.

But while the Yoga Tab Plus has a 12.7 inch screen, the smaller Yoga Tab has a higher-resolution 11.1 inch display for more pixels per inch. It also supports 68W fast charging, compared with 45W for the larger model.

That said, there are a few reasons Lenovo charges more for the Yoga Tab Plus. That model has six speakers (the Yoga Tab has just four), support for up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, (the smaller model tops out at 12GB + 256GB), a bigger screen, and a bigger battery.
