Chinese PC maker One Netbook is better known for making handheld gaming PCs than desktop workstations. But the company is positioning the new ONEXStation as a “mini AI Workstation” thanks to its AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor and 128GB of high-speed, high-bandwidth memory.
You could also certainly use it as a gaming PC though – and it’s got RGB lighting effects to help match the gamer aesthetic, with a strip that surrounds the front of the PC and buttons that light up with 16 different customizable lighting effects. But so far the company is only selling a model with 128GB of RAM, which might be overkill for gamers. And with a $2,999 pr ice tag at time of publication, you may be able to find other gaming PCs that offer competitive performance at lower prices.

The little desktop has an aluminum chassis that measures 186 x 193 x 62mm (7.3″ x 7.6″ x 2.4″). Inside, it features 128GB of onboard quad-channel LPDDR5x-8000 memory with 256GB/s bandwidth. Up to 96GB of this can be allocated as VRAM.
There are also two M.2 2280 slots inside with support for PCIe 4.0 x4 storage, a WiFi 7 & BTE 5.4 wireless card, and a cooling system that consists of two turbo fans, one downward-blowing fan, three copper heat pipes, and an aluminum heat sink.
One Netbook says allows the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 chip to run at up to 120 watts, but the TDP is adjustable: there’s a turbot button that lets you togle power modes between 55W, 85W, and 120W if you want to trade some performance for a cooler, quieter PC.
Ports include:
The ONEXStation comes with a 240W power ada pter.
While the ONEXStation isn’t exactly cheap, the $2,999 price tag is about par for the course for a mini PC with specs like these. It’s also possible the company could offer cheaper versions in the future with less powerful AMD Strix Halo processors and/or less RAM. But so far One Netbook hasn’t announced any plans to do that.
